Provision of a new bridge to form a new entry point into an industrial
area and film production facility at Three Mills, a historic corner
of East London. The bridge terminates in a new square designed to
form an entrance to an open space, the beginning of Lee Valley Park.
The space is occasionally used for the staging of large-scale audience
based events.
